How to Use Driver List
Filters
- Driver Rating: This metric provides an overall assessment of a driver's performance based on predefined criteria such as adherence to speed limits, smoothness of braking and acceleration, and overall driving behavior. It helps in quickly identifying top-performing drivers as well as those needing improvement.
Driver Details
- Driver Name: The full name of the driver, ensuring easy identification and personalized analysis.
- Employee ID: A unique identifier for each driver within the system, allowing for efficient tracking and record-keeping.
Coaching Information
- Total Events: The total number of recorded events for the driver, including both positive and negative incidents. This helps in understanding the frequency and nature of events associated with the driver.
- Reviewed Events: The number of events that have been reviewed by managers or supervisors. Reviewed events indicate the extent to which driver behavior has been monitored and addressed.
- Coaching Pending: Events that have been flagged for coaching but are yet to be addressed. This metric helps in identifying outstanding coaching tasks that need attention.

Steps to Use the Driver List
- Select Driver: Start by selecting a driver from the provided Driver List. This list includes all drivers within your fleet or organization.
- Retrieve Information: Once a driver is selected, the Driver Analytics tool retrieves valuable information about the driver's performance metrics. This includes Driver Ratings, number of Events and Compound Events, Coaching Status, Trips Completed, Hours Driven, Vehicle Idling Hours, and Accidents Avoided.
